Accessing the Whistle Register with Sue

Fly On The Wall

Here's a fun "fly on the wall video" with Jim working with his student Sue Turner. The topic in this video is about accessing the highest part of the vocal range, otherwise known as the whistle register, whistle tone, super had voice and flageolet or flute register.

With proper training it is possible for both women and children to phonate in whistle register it is rare but some baritones and tenors can also phonate in this register.

Regardless of accessing true whistle register all voices can benefit in extending their range by using this simple approach that Jim teaches to his student.
